Before the Court are the parties' cross-motions for summary judgment concerning the defendant's affirmative defenses of invalidity and inequitable conduct [Dkt. Nos. 392 and 399]. For the reasons explained below, defendant IBM's Motion for Summary Judgment of Inequitable Conduct and Invalidity [Dkt. No. 392] will be denied in all respects by an Order to be issued with this Memorandum Opinion....
