Before the Court are two motions: (1) the defendant's motion to dismiss for lack of subject matter and personal jurisdiction; and (2) the plaintiff's motion to continue hearing to permit jurisdictional discovery. For the reasons that follow, the defendant's motion is GRANTED, and the plaintiff's motion is DENIED.
