This matter is before the Court on cross-motions for summary judgment filed by the parties. Defendant Hope Geldes ("Geldes") and Defendant Cherie Kotter ("Kotter") each moved for summary judgment against Plaintiffs [43, 47]; Plaintiffs have done the same against each Defendant [105, 106].
