In the early-morning hours of January 4, 2006, defendant Michael Ingram, an off-duty New York City Police Department ("NYPD") sergeant, shot and killed Lee outside of Rory Dolan's Bar and Restaurant ("Rory Dolan's") in Yonkers, New York.
