In or about March 2010, the parties settled this matter. Pursuant to the Settlement Agreement, the parties agreed that plaintiff's attorney fees would be limited to "no less than $5,000 to Falleson for attorney's fees, and no more than $40,000 to Falleson for attorney's fees."
