Defendant Wynell Gray has moved for a judgment of acquittal notwithstanding the verdict as to Counts 1 and 2 of the Indictment pursuant to FEDERAL RULE OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE 29(c) (DE # 125) and for a new trial pursuant to RULE 33.
