(Arch) and its insurer, Lexington Insurance Company (Lexington) against Radiator Specialty Company (RSC), asserting claims for common law indemnity and contribution. Plaintiffs seek recovery of amounts paid in settlement of a lawsuit against Arch brought by members of the Davidson family.
