This matter comes before the court on the motion (Dkt. # 6) of Plaintiff Masters Software, Inc. ("Masters") for a preliminary injunction, and a motion (Dkt. # 26) to seal certain documents Defendants filed in opposing Masters' motion. No party requested oral argument.
