Plaintiff Guenter Lewy filed the above-captioned case against Defendants David Holthouse ("Holthouse") and Southern Poverty Law Center, Inc. ("SPLC") alleging that they wrote and published defamatory statements that caused him various injuries including reputational harm and emotional trauma.
