From 2000 to 2008, plaintiff Colin Christopher Felton and defendant Teel Plastics, Inc. jointly owned Teel Global Resources Tech, LLC. Defendant Teel Plastics owned 70% of the company, plaintiff owned 30% and defendant Jay Smith was the manager.
