Three motions are before the Court in this Fair Labor Standards Act ("FLSA") putative collective action: the defendant's motion to dismiss the opt-ins, the defendant's motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction, and the plaintiff's motion for leave to amend the first amended complaint. For the reasons that follow, the Court will deny the defendant's motions to dismiss the opt-ins and to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction...
