On June 30, 2009, the Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit reversed this Court' grant of summary judgment to the defendants and remanded these cases for proceedings consistent with that opinion. The appeals court also remanded the question of whether Great Seneca Financial Corporation should remain a party to these proceedings in light of its alleged voluntary dissolution.
