The jury found that defendant, AMCO Insurance Company ("AMCO"), breached its insurance policy with plaintiff, Malbco Holdings, LLC ("Malbco"), by denying coverage for collapse of the hotel and awarded damages to Malbco in the amount of $941,268.00.
