MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This matter is before the court for judicial review of the defendant's decision denying the plaintiff's application for disability insurance benefits under Title II of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 401 et seq. On June 28, 2006, the plaintiff Ronna Huisman filed an application alleging she has been disabled since November 30, 2005.1
