The Plaintiff was injured in March 2004 when a press manufactured by the Defendant came down on her hand, while she was cleaning it. The Plaintiff contends that the machine was improperly designed and manufactured and the Defendant is strictly liable in tort for having caused the Plaintiffs injury.
