Plaintiffs Bryan and Susan Andrews brought this putative class action against the bank that held the mortgage on their home, defendant Chevy Chase Bank FSB, alleging that defendant violated the Truth in Lending Act ("TILA"), 15 U.S.C. § 1601 et seq. I granted summary judgment to plaintiffs on their TILA claim, concluding that defendant violated TILA, and that as a result, plaintiffs could rescind...
