In this lawsuit, Susan Alaimo, Vincent Alaimo, and their daughter, Minette (collectively, the Alaimos), claim that the Board of Education of the Tri-Valley Central School District violated numerous constitutional guarantees, actionable under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, and violated the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), 20 U.S.C. § 1401 et seq.
