Siragusa, J. Before the Court is the motion (Docket No. 41) by Defendants Keith P. Green, M.J. Halpin, Phillip C. Povero, County of Ontario (hereinafter "Defendants") for summary judgment and Plaintiff's opposition thereto (Docket No. 50). For the reasons stated below, Defendants' motion is granted.
