This case is before the court on cross-motions for summary judgment. Plaintiff, storeWALL, LLC ("storeWALL"), challenges the decision of U.S. Customs and Border Protection ("Customs") denying Plaintiff's protest of Customs' classification of two items: (1) "storeWALL" wall panels and (2) "HangUp" locator tabs.
