This case arises from the death of Peter Hronis. The Complaint alleges that Defendant Noe Rodriguez was operating a tractor-trailer that collided with Mr. Hronis's vehicle, causing Mr. Hronis's death. Mr. Rodriguez is alleged to be the agent, servant, and employee of Defendants EBO Logistics and Grocery Haulers, Inc., which are alleged to have owned or leased the tractor-trailer in question.
