After a six-day jury trial in this pharmaceutical product liability case, the jury reached a verdict, finding for plaintiff Karen Robinson on her negligence claim against defendant McNeil Consumer Healthcare ("McNeil") but not on her identical claim against defendant Johnson & Johnson (collectively "Defendants").
