On January 19, 2005, after a two-day trial, a jury found defendant guilty of knowing and intentional possession of 100 or more marijuana plants with intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and (b)(1)(B) and 18 U.S.C. § 2.
