This is an action in which Plaintiff, proceeding pro se, alleges that Defendants improperly accessed his personal credit and banking information, and defamed him, after he telephoned Defendant Safeco Property & Casualty Insurance Companies ("Safeco") to obtain a quote for automobile insurance.
