This case involves taxpayer challenges to the validity of school bonds approved by voters in a May 12, 2007 election in the Waller Independent School District ("WISD"). On March 24, 2008, this court dismissed the plaintiffs' challenges to the validity of the bonds and denied the application for a preliminary injunction prohibiting their issuance.
