MEMORANDUM OPINION

DOWD, District Judge.

In their nine count Second Amended Complaint (ECF 80), plaintiffs claim that the defendants violated several federal statutes, as well as Ohio statutory and common law duties, regarding debt collection and credit reporting, following an incident in April 2002 where plaintiff Lisa Bridge was incorrectly credited with making only one home mortgage payment when she had actually made two payments.
