Pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 56, defendant moves for summary judgment on plaintiff's claims for employment discrimination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, and Or.Rev.Stat. § 659A. Defendant also moves for summary judgment on plaintiff's state claims for intentional infliction of emotional distress, reckless infliction of emotional distress, and wrongful discharge.
