Plaintiff The Ticketreserve, Inc. d/b/a FirstDIBZ ("FirstDIBZ") brought suit against Defendants viagogo, Inc. ("viagogo Inc.") and viagogo, Ltd. ("viagogo Ltd.") for patent infringement. viagogo Inc. and viagogo Ltd. now move this Court to dismiss FirstDIBZ's Complaint pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(3) for improper venue. viagogo Inc. also moves this Court to dismiss it as a defendant...
