BESOSA, District Judge.

Before the Court is DCC Operating, Inc.'s ("appellee") motion to dismiss the pending appeal because of appellants' failure to comply with Bankruptcy Rule 8006. (Docket No. 2) Luis Rivera-Siaca, Enery Ortiz-Rivera, and the Conjugal Partnership Rivera-Ortiz ("appellants") opposed the motion and moved to supplement the record on appeal.
