This is an action in employment discrimination. Plaintiff, Kathleen T. Kotakis, alleges that defendant, WESCO Distribution, Inc. ("WESCO"), discriminated and retaliated against her because of her sex in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, 43 Pa. Cons.Stat. § 951 et seq.1
