After a jury trial, defendant Caroline Nyaleso Owuor Todd was convicted of two counts of perjury, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1621(2), and one count of fraud and misuse of visa, permits, and other documents, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1546(b)(3).
