OPINION AND ORDER

AIKEN, Chief Judge:

Plaintiff, appearing pro se, filed suit against defendants alleging unlawful seizure under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and state law claims of false arrest and defamation/false light. Plaintiff and both defendants move for summary judgment on all claims. Upon review of the motions and supporting documentation, defendant Carlile's motion is granted, defendant Albany Police
