Several motions are pending before the court in this employment discrimination case. First, the defendant Dura Automotive Systems, Inc. ("Dura"), has filed separate motions to dismiss the claims of two of the individual plaintiffs, Mark Long and Claudia Birdyshaw. (Docket Nos. 34 and 48, respectively.) Dura has also filed a Motion for Summary Judgment as to all claims brought by all of the plaintiffs. ...
