Presently before the Court is a Motion by Plaintiff Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey ("Plaintiff") to Remand the above-captioned matter. Defendants East Brunswick Surgery Center ("EBSC"), LLC, USP Central New Jersey, Inc.
