This matter comes before the Court by way of the Government's application for the extradition of Magdalena Pacheco Bolanos ("Bolanos") pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3184. The Court has considered the submissions made in support of and in opposition to the instant application, and conducted a hearing on December 23, 2008.
