The above-captioned action, in which Plaintiffs Corey and Carrie Sites claim monetary damages in excess of $537,000 from Defendant Nationstar Mortgage LLC, has its origins in a single mortgage loan payment of $814.36. According to Plaintiffs, Defendant untimely credited the payment to their account and falsely reported the loan as delinquent to major credit bureaus with the sole purpose of frustrating the Sites...
