MEMORANDUM OPINION

Papst Licensing GMBH & Co. KG ("Papst") brought suit against Sanyo Electric Co., Ltd. and Sanyo North America Corp. (collectively "Sanyo") alleging patent infringement in a bare bones complaint. Sanyo moves to dismiss for failure to state a claim, asserting that the complaint is insufficient to assert a right to relief above the speculative level.
