Now before the Court is defendant Vauda Virgle Shipp, Jr.'s motion to vacate, set aside, or correct sentence pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255 (Dkt. # 132).1 In his § 2255 motion, defendant also requests appointment of counsel and an evidentiary hearing.2 Id. at 12.
