Pro se plaintiff Nathaniel Richardson brought this action against defendant R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. in state court, alleging that for thirty years he purchased and smoked cigarettes produced and sold by defendant and that the cigarettes caused him to become sick with emphysema. Defendant removed the case based on diversity of citizenship and now moves to dismiss pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure...
