MEMORANDUM OPINION

REGGIE B. WALTON, District Judge.

Currently before the Court is the plaintiff's Motion to Remand2 ("Pl.'s Mot.") and the defendant's Opposition to Plaintiff's Motion for Reconsideration ("Def.'s Opp'n."). For the reasons set forth below, the plaintiff's Motion to Remand is denied and this matter is dismissed.
