The district court enjoined Plaintiffs-Appellants SFM Holdings, Ltd. and Salomon Melgen (collectively "SFM") from prosecuting an action in Florida state court against Defendant — Appellee Banc of America Securities, LLC ("BAS"). The district court considered the injunction necessary "to protect and effectuate" judgments that were issued in an earlier federal lawsuit brought by SFM against BAS, in which SFM's claims were dismissed....
