This is an insurance coverage dispute arising out of a fatal accident. The district court1 determined a bobtail policy issued to Hipp's Trucking, Inc., provided coverage for damages arising out of a collision involving trucker Thomas Hipp's semi-tractor and trailer. The district court also determined the bobtail policy provided $1 million in coverage. We affirm.
