Alexis Salgado entered a conditional guilty plea to distributing and possessing with intent to distribute a controlled substance, and to aiding and abetting that offense. Salgado moved to suppress physical evidence that was seized from the vehicle he was driving on the morning of his arrest, and he sought field-performance records of the drug-detection dog that alerted and indicated at two potential locations of drugs in the vehicle.
