Debtor-Appellant Market Center East Retail Property, Inc. ("Market Center") appeals from the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel ("BAP"), which affirmed the bankruptcy court's award of attorney's fees to Appellees Barak Lurie and his firm, Lurie & Park (collectively "Lurie").
