Tyrone Davis pled guilty, pursuant to a plea agreement, to being a felon in possession of a firearm, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(g)(1), 924(a)(2), (e) (2006), and was sentenced to 180 months' imprisonment. He appealed. Davis' counsel filed a brief in accordance with Anders v. California,
