Plaintiff/appellant Sunbeam Television Corporation (Sunbeam) appeals the district court's judgment granting partial summary judgment in favor of defendant/appellee Nielsen Media Research, Inc. (Nielsen), dismissing Sunbeam's antitrust claims under Section Two of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. § 2, and the Florida Antitrust Act (FAA), Fla. Stat. § 542.19, for treble damages under Section Four of the Clayton Act, 15 U.S.C. § 15.
