Joseph Brown, Jr., was charged with attempted aggravated sexual abuse in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2241(a) and 1153. Brown was convicted after a jury trial and sentenced to life imprisonment. Brown appeals his conviction, arguing that the district court1 erred in denying his motion for acquittal. Brown also argues that he was not afforded a fair trial due to the prosecutor's improper rebuttal remarks...
