Appellant Marcus Hill was charged in a single count indictment with possessing a firearm after having been convicted of a felony, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1). Hill filed a motion to suppress the firearm (and other evidence) based on the Fourth Amendment. After a hearing, the district court denied the motion to suppress. Hill proceeded to trial...
