This appeal arises out of disputes between plaintiff-appellant/cross-appellee Puerto Rico Telephone Company, Inc. ("PRTC") and defendant-appellee/cross-appellant SprintCom, Inc. ("Sprint") concerning the intercarrier compensation due under an interconnection agreement (the "Agreement"), which they entered into in June 2000.
