Chad Miller moved to dismiss a one-count indictment charging him with possession of a firearm while subject to a court order restraining him from harassing, stalking, or threatening an intimate partner, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(g)(8) and 924(a)(2). After the district court2 denied the motion, Miller entered a guilty plea and was sentenced to 69 months...
