A jury found Joseph Paul Young guilty of three counts of bank robbery, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a). The district court1 sentenced him to 216 months' imprisonment and ordered that the first 36 months of the sentence run concurrently with an undischarged West Virginia sentence.
